Quick in and out single day project replacing a home made countertop that didn’t stand up to the task with some butcher block. Cut around the sink, sealed up, waxed and conditioned.

Nice little project incorporating a lot of different things. We started with finishing up some exterior painting that the home owner couldn’t reach, did some new flooring that was provided by the home owner and replaced the lower end of this kitchen to be finished by the very handy home owner as well! Shout out to Kramer Design and Build and AB Plumbing Heating & Cooling for their help with this project!

Quick and fun little project for another great customer. They wanted a mobile chicken pen that could be moved around the yard and that’s what they got. We were able to use some old roofing that the customer had as well to complete this project.

Nice little bathroom remodel for some great customers! Brought an outdated bathroom right down to the studs, reframed for a new shower insert with a built in bench seat, built a custom linen closet and opened up the space by moving the washer and dryer to the next room over. Big thanks to AB Plumbing Heating & Cooling and Shane Gangloff with Gangloff Electric for getting in and out and making this bathroom everything the customer was hoping for! The customer did their own painting on this one and with a few little touch ups and some trim paint it will be complete.

Took this bathroom with no space to move and made a little breathing room. Put in a new tile floor, reframed and moved the mirror to accompany the corner pedestal sink that was installed by AB Plumbing Heating & Cooling and put a fresh coat of paint all around. This customer kept it simple and easy for the Airbnb while making it more usable.

Another old building getting a little face lift! 11 windows later and a lot of trim and siding and we are one step closer on this building. Worked hard to get these in with a tough timeline and a tenant moving in but got a little help from VHI LLC and made it happen. Hopefully next year it’ll get finished off with the rest of the windows.

It’s been a little while but here’s another bathroom renovation that came out awesome! Big thanks to Gangloff Electric and AB Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for doing awesome work. It was a team effort with a lovely neighbor as well who took on the project manager/designer role. We took it from a simple drawing to reality!
Old buildings never make it easy but we flattened out some walls, eliminated a 1” dip out of the floor in the shower, and added plenty of framing and blocking. It was also very nice working with high quality marble tile and curbs!

Here’s another shower project for some very handy and great customers. They started the project by setting the shower pan, the curb, installing the niche, and waterproofing the walls and we came in to finish it off with some mosaic tile, polished wall tile, and grout. Customers will finish up with some sealer, paint, and trim per request. Onto the next!

Quick fix on this one to make the home owner feel safe on her back deck again. Snow took down the railing last winter coming off the roof and we got it back up reusing what was salvageable from the old railing and using new PT as needed.

Replaced a handful of things on this job, started with a new small deck and stairs, then moved onto new PVC brick molding and kick plate on 3 doors, replaced 48’ of sill plate along with a handful of cracked siding around the entire house. Finished up hauling the old debris away.
