Join our team at Coogan Lawn & Landscape, a trusted local lawn and landscape company! We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill Landscape Installer and Landscape Maintenance positions.

What We Offer:

✅ Competitive pay: $45,000+ per year
*Can start at $55,000-$65,000 with experience

Responsibilities:
• Perform landscape installation, including planting, hardscaping, and sod installation
• Conduct routine lawn and landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, etc.)
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

✔ Experience in landscaping or a willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
⭐️ Irrigation & Hardscape experience preferred

Behind every finished project is a whole lot of planning, problem-solving, and teamwork. 💪🌿

This build had us navigating unpredictable weather, multiple ground layers, and plenty of “figure it out on the fly” moments—but that’s the part you don’t always see. From site prep to final turf placement, our crew stayed locked in to make sure every detail was right.

Working alongside Nelson Pools - Alabama made all the difference. Solid communication, shared standards, and a mutual goal of delivering something top-notch for the owners.

Seeing it all come together makes the long days worth it—especially knowing this space is now vacation-rental ready and built to last. ⛳️💦

Extremely proud of this job we completed last month!

We had the opportunity to work alongside our good friends at Nelson Pools , and this project definitely kept us on our toes. From unpredictable weather to multiple challenging layers throughout the process, this one tested us—but the end result was absolutely worth it.

Everything came together perfectly, and best of all, the owners are beyond ecstatic and ready to get this baby listed on the vacation rental market.

Projects like this are why we love what we do. 🌿⛳️💦
