Welcome to our page. RiverStone Property Solutions was recently founded when 2 longtime friends, Brad Gill & Brett Hataway, decided to merge their businesses. They first worked together as firefighters with what was then the Montgomery Fire Dept.

Brad has proudly served the Montgomery area for nearly 3 decades with James Bradley Painting, as a restaurateur, house remodeler/flipper, & more recently as a real estate agent with Keller Williams.

Brett recently moved back to the area from Gulf Shores, where he owned Lat30 Property Maintenance. Lat30 provided remodeling & general maintenance services to commercial, residential & rental properties in Baldwin County, winning several people’s choice awards during its time in operation.

How NOT to water/critter proof a dryer vent line. 🥴 Gotta have that air flow for the dryer to work. Expansion foam closed it off to everything.

Some pics of a home we recently spruced up a bit. Owners wanted to update the look a bit and clean it up prior to putting this golf course home on the market. We pressure washed all exterior surfaces and painted the interior from top to bottom. Now it just needs a new family to make it home. Before and afters from a recent update in Craft Farms. Refaced the built in bookcase/work station. Got to see the finished product on this custom wainscoting we did in the stairwell of a Kiva Dunes home last year. We did the install and prep work before they had it painted. The homeowners are very pleased with the outcome, & I must admit it made me feel good knowing we’d played a part in bringing their vision to life. Made & installed these cabinets for a condo in the GSA today. Owners had to remove the old under counter washer/dryer in their units & wanted to make the open space usable.
