Kayla Jacobson () is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (YTT-200) who found yoga as a powerful tool to support her mental health, often with a cat curled up nearby. Her journey began not for fitness, but for grounding, healing, and a way to ride the emotional waves of life.

Kayla aims to share that same sense of calm and self-acceptance with others. Her goal is to make yoga feel welcoming and accessible to everyone, no matter your experience or background. Yoga isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about showing up, tuning in, and learning to honor where you are in the present moment.
