Yall it's been awhile since we last posted by man has it been a rough 3 weeks. Keeping good helps hard to do. We completely tore out every floor joist in the entire house and replaced with brand new one. And put down brand new laminate floorinring throughout the entire home. Well... we haven't posted in awhile, but we finally finished up our most recent job. Right on schedule. On the exterior of the house, We removed all wood siding, and completely redone the outside in new vinyl siding. We installed 5 new 47"x47" windows and 1 new 32"x54" window. All the original windows were 36"x36". And built 2 new sets of stair. On the inside we completely tore out a room. From the floor joist to the ceiling. And divided it into two rooms. We raised one of the rooms 7 inches to match the rest of the upper house. We ran all new plumbing for a new toilet, vanitty, a installed a 72x41 inch shower (which we had to literally cut a wall out to get it inside the house). We ran the electrical for both rooms. Hung and finished the sheetrock, and trimmed out windows and baseboard. The home own iss painting doing the floors. Call Brown’s Home Improvement for all ur home improvement needs. Well, we finally got finished up with the outside and have moved on to the next task, we r tearing out a bedroom. Which has settled over the years about 8 inches on one side. We r redoing all floor joist, subflooring, and hanging/finishing sheetrock. Then we move on the the bathroom. It also is getting new everything from the floor joist up, as well. well today was a pretty good/ productive day. We didn't get quite as far as we wanted, but at the end of day two we are almost a full day ahead of schedule. Even the we still have some tearing off left to do. We got the front portion of the house wrapped, sealed the tops of the rock wall, and vinyl installed. And the 73x47 shower was officially put inside the house. From what was a 36x36 window. We cut a span of 75x48 out of the wall in the spare bedroom. Placed the shower inside, then framed the hole down to a 47.25×46.125. Then installed the new 47x46 windows. Call Brown’s Home Improvement with any and all ur home improvement needs. Well yall, we start on our biggest job to date Monday morning. The hard work is finally paying off. This will open so my other opportunities for this company. We appreciate each and everyone of our loyal customers and literally could not do this without yall. So I truly thank each of u. We will finish off this week, delivering Material. And Monday morning we start tearing off and replacing the wood siding with new vinyl all the way around and replacing old windows with new ones. We will also be tearing out and replacing from floor joist up, a bathroom and bedroom. The layout of the bathroom will change completely, with a new over sized walk in shower. We are also raising the bathroom floor 7 inches so that there isn't a step down into the bedroom.. Call today for a free quote. This year is closing in fast andour calendar is filling up fast. Had a customer with a metal roof that the screws were coming loose, they didn't want to replace the entire roof just change the screws so we removed all one and a half inch screws and caulked all the holes and put you two and a half inch screws in to hold the metal down all we did was replace the screws there were way too many put by the previous roofing company so we just put new ones where they had theirs since the metal wasn't being changed out

Man what a week. Finally got some good dependable help hired who isn't afraid of hard work. Been super covered up this past week. 12 to 16 hour days. Here are a few things we are working on or have completed. The roof job isn't all the way done we still have to go tighten up a couple things on it. It had already been done once by another company. IT ISNT COMPLETE We've done everything from chop bamboo and mow to gutter guards, flooring, Gutter guards(again) and dimensional shingle roof repair. A couple jobs jobs we have done over the last few days. Ended up having a long weekend. Put down 750 square foot of flooring,130 square foot of linoleum, hung and fixed several doors, rehung crown molding, base board, and quarter round. Then built a set of hailrails for one of my favorite customers. Also washed her vinyl siding earlier in the week. Call today for a free quote. No job is to big or small.
