I probably don't brag on my Team enough, but truly as a business owner, I am blessed to have such an awesome Team. Each one contributes in so many ways from operations, home design, interior design, estimating, construction and warranty. True full service, Design AND Build. Today I am bragging....bragging BIG TIME. This Team is the best! I am blessed to have each one and so thankful that they give their utmost for each of our clients.

It is true - most of our custom home designs are on larger lots or properties where the width of our home designs is not much of a concern, however, we do have a very nice portfolio of home designs specifically for more traditional urban neighborhoods - kind of like this beautiful 4 bedroom 3,872 SF home designed for a 60' wide Highland Park city lot.

One of my favorite convenience features is the "Costco Door!" The purpose of the door is to provide a quick, convenient place to off-load your groceries from the Mud Room, into the Pantry right on the countertop. I think we utilized this quite well in our Craftsman design that we are currently building in Yukon, OK!
