We want to take a minute to give a shout-out to Jim Robertson for everything he does behind the scenes for LoyalTree!

Not only did Jim design our website, but he’s constantly working to keep everything updated, adding new resource articles every few days, managing our Google Ads, and helping us grow our online presence.

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes when you’re running a small business, and we’re thankful to have someone who puts as much effort into our business as he does.

We’ve been busy with tree risk assessments, and this oak in a Guyton HOA common area is a good example of why they matter. Michael found about 30–40% canopy dieback, open cavities around the base, and quite a bit of ant activity. With the tree being so close to a playground and other areas where people gather, we recommended removal.

Michael knows what to look for when evaluating a tree’s health and structural condition, including warning signs that might not be obvious to the average homeowner. Not every tree showing signs of decline needs to come down, but knowing its condition is important.

At our job today, the homeowner had this beautiful live oak in his front yard, and we couldn’t help but admire it!

We work around trees every day, but every now and then, one really catches our attention. This is definitely one of them!

This man has NO QUIT in him!

The past couple of weeks have been something else! First, the rear end went out in our bucket truck, and just a week later, the transmission went out in our (new to us) dump truck.

Between waiting on parts, multiple trips to Claxton, long days and late nights, Mike handled both repairs himself and had our trucks back up and running in just ONE WEEK!

No shop, no fancy setup. Just Mike, his tools, and the dirt lot where he parks his trucks.

Not only does he operate this equipment and do the tree work, but he can turn around and make major repairs to the very trucks we depend on to keep our business going.

He’s truly a man of many talents, and I couldn’t be more proud of him! ❤️
