Seasons of growth and seasons of rest, I’m giving my a treatment to boost its health and to give myself a more manageable plot size for the next season. Sometimes we all need some rest.

What a difference two months makes! Back in April this corn was two inches tall, but now it’s towering over hubs (who’s six feet)!! The corn started out as a seedling, developed the pollen tassels, first parts of the cob and then silks. I think I read somewhere that there is a silk for every kernel of corn that will grow on each cob. πŸ€” Finally we have our first actual cons of corn. Hopefully they develop to be full and sweet!
