This is a two-unit product where the product is from the slab to the roof and one unit is in the front and one unit is in the rear. Both units are accessed from an elevated entry and a one-car garage. Each unit consists of three bedrooms and an open living area.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT SHOWCASE ⭐

One of two active adult town house products developed for the Columbia Place Planned Unit Development (PUD). This 34' wide townhouse product consists of an interior unit with four different front elevations and an end unit with two front elevations and a side entry. Both plans provide an open concept kitchen/dining/living area, vaulted ceilings, first floor Owner's Suites, and a rear covered deck. The second floor consists of three secondary bedrooms with bathrooms and a loft. Optional finished basements with wet bars an optional elevators are available.

Classic exteriors, coupled with modern interiors attract the target market of urban professionals. The Neo-Traditional site plan provides alley loaded garages, along with common park spaces. This project has been a catalyst for revitalizing the neighborhood.

Developed for a single townhouse strip in a community with a group of lots with a difficult grade. This townhouse provides a dropped rear garage and entrance on the front. End units have side entries.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT SHOWCASE ⭐

This custom single-family residence is approximately 6,000 SF with an open concept kitchen/breakfast/great room located to the rear of the home. The first floor also features a formal dining room, library, butler's pantry, and powder room. The second floor boost a large owner's suite with large bath, four secondary bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a bonus room over the garage. The traditional exterior has details such as windo heads, hinged shutters with shutter dogs, square front porch columns and dormers on the roof. The residence also features a finished basement and two-car garage with workshop.

The largest of three in a line of single-family homes. Providing three distinctive front elevations (Traditional, Craftsman, and Manor) and square footage ranging from 2900-3100, this plan provided an open concept plan with primary uses focused towards the rear of the house and attached garage. A second floor offers an Owner's Suite and three secondary bedrooms and a hall bath. An alternate second floor plan arrangement is available.
