Currently working on a “dark + moody” Air BnB for one of my investor clients in the Lancaster area.

This has to be my favorite room in the house. The contrast on these colors is intense and gorgeous.

Can’t wait to see it finished + furnished. 🥰

Top wall : Behr Cracked Pepper
Bottom : Behr Seagull Gray

Every year each paint company will release palettes and their choice “color of the year”.

For this 2022 year—Sherwinn Williams chose Evergreen Fog. & let me just say I am here for it!

Decided to pop it a few places in this home + all the doors interior and exterior.

Such a beautiful contrast against the blue toned brick and the black hardwares really set it off. 🖤
