Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative (Hollywood)

Make $600 - $1000+ per week!

We are looking for Representatives to handle inbound phone calls for our call center. This is an hourly plus commission position in an industry that sells itself. You will handle all aspects of the sales process and customer service including:
- Answer Inbound Phone Calls (Bonuses available for outbound calling)
- Follow-up on Leads through Phone and Email Contact
- Provide Customers with Instant Price Quotes
- Handle Customer Service Calls
- Sending and Receiving Email Requests
- Placing orders through the back end of our website
- Taking Customers Payments

Business Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Requirements Include:

- Availability to Answers Phones and Provide Quotes in a Professional Manner
- Excellent Communication Skills and Proper Grammar/Spelling
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sales Experience is preferred.
- Spanish speaking is a Plus

Preferred Qualities:

- Organized
- Ability to Multi-Task
- A Good Speaking Voice

Online retailer looking for an E-commerce assistant in a growing and high-volume industry. We are seeking the right candidate to maintain our online catalog which includes our website plus multiple sales channels such as eBay, Amazon, etc.

This is an ON-SITE position, we cannot accept any remote or work-from-home applicants.

A successful applicant will be:

- Highly motivated and able to see tasks through to completion
- Able to take direction well and also contribute his/her own ideas and suggestions
- Extremely comfortable with PC (windows environment) and internet fundamentals
- Sales minded with a focus on customer experience
- Fluent in English

REQUIRED skills for our position are:

- Strong knowledge of Excel: Proficiency with formulas for number and text
manipulation. VB is not required but is a plus.
- 2+ years of internet sales/marketing experience. Must be familiar with e-commerce Content
Management Systems (Magento prefered but not required), product upload via CSV, and data collection/analysis.
- Working knowledge of eBay and Amazon platforms. Ability to upload and edit products both
individually and in bulk.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS & PHP is a plus.

Additional desired skills for our position are:

- Working knowledge of the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns
- Experience with graphic design

Working hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm with a one-hour break.

Hourly pay PLUS commissions in a very busy vertical.

- Reliable, hard-working individual
- Works well with others in a warehouse setting
- Able to take direction from Supervisor
- Job entails receiving heavy equipment merchandise, inspecting and repackaging for daily outbound shipments. Palletizing, shrink-wrapping and banding.
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
