A shift toward summer in this New York residence.

The kitchen opens the home—lighter in tone,
more connected, and designed around movement and gathering.

Material softens, light expands, and the pace changes. As the home transitions into summer, the spaces open up.

From closet to powder room.

What was once a storage space lined with vintage New Yorker covers is now a fully reconfigured powder room.

A monolithic stone sink anchors the space, while wall-mounted fixtures and integrated lighting maintain clarity and enhance the perception of height.

The areas representing Spring were positioned along the front and rear exposures of the residence to maintain the closest relationship with the Central Park view.

The architectural intent was clarity and lightness.

Large bookmatched stone panels introduce an organic pattern that echoes the landscape beyond the windows. Curved seating elements soften the geometry of the space, while brass accents introduce warmth without visual heaviness.

Custom millwork integrates concealed functions , including a hidden bar, allowing the architecture to remain calm and uninterrupted.

Throughout these spaces, finishes were selected to amplify daylight and maintain visual continuity toward the park.

A full interior demolition allowed the plan to be completely reconfigured around this concept.

In the private spaces of the home, winter becomes slower.

The bedroom is defined by restraint, texture,
and an inward focus. Designed to feel quiet and grounded…muted tones, soft contrast, and a sense of enclosure.

A private counterpoint to the city beyond.

Winter, interpreted as rest.

While the seasons shape the entire home,
winter reveals itself most clearly in the private spaces.

The master bath is anchored by stone, muted contrast,
and a quiet, inward focus.

The precision behind the palette.
For this vanity, part of our “Winter” wing, we wanted to capture the contrast of a New York frost—dark, structural, and refined. Every line you see in the final result began as a detailed elevation to ensure the grain of the wood and the veining of the marble aligned perfectly with the light.
Swipe to see the journey:
1-The finished sanctuary
2-The digital vision: Our sketchy 3D render.
3-Material selection: Sourcing the perfect “icy” stone.
4-The technical heartbeat: Architectural elevation.

Design is a dialogue with time.
Our Central Park project was born from a singular vision: a home that transitions with the park itself. Each area is inspired by one of the four seasons. This family room is our “Winter”—a space defined by cool tones, frost-glass textures, and the quiet stillness of Manhattan in January.
Swipe to see the evolution:
• Slide 1-4: The “Winter” sanctuary in its final form.
• Slide 5-8: The grit behind the grace—sculpting the spiral staircase from steel and raw plaster.
• Slide 9-12: The “bones” of the renovation, the before, the installation and the original view .

Interior Architecture is the art of making the complex
look simple.🌬️

A home that breathes with the city. 🌳🍂❄️🌸
Located overlooking Central Park, the design concept for this residence was inspired by the four seasons. Just as the view outside the window transforms, each room within the home reflects a different time of year.
In this space, we embraced the serenity of Winter, using sculptural whites and fluid lines to mirror the quiet elegance of the park in transition. A sanctuary that evolves alongside nature.
