💥Garage Conversion💥

A very hot, but fun project. Customer wanted to convert their garage in to a bedroom/ laundry room. They're putting Faux brick and trim on the new walls, and painting the old walls and ceiling. All we had to was build it and put a coat of mud on the seams and corners.

A little shiplap Saturday!

All of this damage was caused from a dishwasher supply line that was dripping. Obviously it has been dripping for quite some time.

So, now hardwood floor needs torn out to replace the subfloor, along with all of the base cabinets and pantry cabinet in the kitchen.

Don't let this happen to you. Check your appliances regularly or call me and I can do it for you. If you have water damage and need some things replaced, give me a call and I'll come check it out. Thank you!!

💥Bath Remodel💥

She's not all the way finished. I wanted to show the progress.

Still have to hang doors, put up base, door casing, and crown.

A piece of composite quarter round against the tub. (Caulking a floor looks unprofessional)

Window is getting replaced. Waiting for it to be done, then I can completely button it up.

Small Recessed Lighting job we were able to help with.

•Switched out and/or moved 7 existing lights
•Added 4 new lights
•Added 2 new switches
•Removed an old fixture and patched the hole.

•Cleaned a grease pretty sizeable explosion off of the ceiling. I advised the homeowner that they should paint the entire ceiling, but they didn't want to do it at this time.
