Steve Siegel and Karolin Sharoubim were honored to attend the Matthew's Hope Garden Party Gala at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center last week, representing Spiezle at an inspiring evening dedicated to supporting an organization that provides critical resources, guidance, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow community partners, advocates, and supporters while celebrating the incredible impact Matthew's Hope continues to make throughout Central Florida. The doors are open, and a new chapter in learning begins! We’re excited to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Tradition Lakes K-8 School in Port St. Lucie, a new 217,500-square-foot, six-building campus designed to serve 1,900 students. From modern academic spaces and a gymnasium to a versatile auditeria, this campus was designed with learning, community, and resilience in mind. Our partnership with St. Lucie Public Schools continues to inspire us to evolve and modernize school design, creating innovative learning environments that can serve as models for future campuses. Congratulations to the district, students, educators, and community on this exciting milestone. Here's to a bright future at Tradition Lakes! Our Spiezle employee owners got into the Halloween spirit with fall activities that brought the team together, from testing their problem-solving skills at an escape room to braving the thrills of Halloween Nights at Eastern State Penitentiary. Boots, bling, and a night of celebration! Spiezle was proud to attend the Daytona State College Foundation’s 32nd Annual Gala, Boots & Bling, honoring Chef Costa Magoulas for his outstanding contributions as a culinary educator, executive chef, and community leader. From a fantastic performance by DSC’s own Shades of Blue a ca****la group to moving student stories and impactful speeches highlighting the opportunities made possible through scholarships and donations, the evening was a powerful reminder of the difference education can make. The vision is becoming reality! Our team recently revisited an ongoing healthcare project in Philadelphia to see construction progress firsthand and collaborate with the project team as the space moves toward completion.

This adaptive reuse project is transforming a former retail space into a modern outpatient neurological practice, creating an environment designed to enhance both patient care and provider collaboration. From interior finishes and casework to acoustical features, furniture installation, and MEP systems, it was rewarding to see the details coming together and the project taking shape.
