 looking to hire two skilled employees.

 Skilled laborer:
Looking for someone that has been around the construction business and knows how day-to-day projects are ran. Being skilled in drywall work trim work., basic, measuring and cutting.maybe some tile work. Minor framing. Competitive pay is offer. The more you know the more you will get paid.

2nd position I’m looking for is someone that is  very skilled in carpentry. Drywall and spackle. Tile works. Finish work. Minor plumbing and minor electrical. Able to read blue prints. Basically someone that can make decisions and run a project themselves without needing me on site. The goal is to set up another 2 man crew.
Having your own tools will help but not needed. Having a license will be needed so They Can Dr., Company vehicles.

basement upgrade!!!
All plumbing was changed and drains were all converted to PVC.
New sheet rock on all ceilings and laundry room walls.
All electrical was updated and brought up to code.
lVP flooring install!
New trim is all rooms( customer wanted to keep trim unfinished)
ALL basement windows were changed.
Prime and paint all new Sheetrock.

Are most recent bathroom!
Partition wall was removed so we can install a bigger shower pan with a frameless corner shower door to give us that updated look at this Bathroom needed. New faucet and cabinet k***s were changed to match the new matte black finish.
New one-piece toilet was installed. All plumbing was updated. And insulated.( I know the shower head is not what you would normally see. But we were left with only so many options with making this shower bigger. And staying within budget. Customers likes it. So here it is. )
