I'll be showing my beds off soon. Most of them just got planted (been a little busy)

FEEDING YOUR PLANTS is critical to get them where you want them to be.
We feed them heavily in the greenhouse. That's why they look like they do.
You don't have to feed as heavily out in the wild, but the more you water, the more you need to feed.
You can use general purpose or "bloom booster" types.
Most important is that you do it every couple weeks. I usually do it more often than that!

We've definitely hit the "gotta water my plants" stage.
Zero rain. Zero humidity. Abundant sun. Constant wind.
My beds went from saturated to cracked and crusty.
Newly installed plants needed water, but water was just running off.
Here's what to do.

(And, don't forget to feed regularly! I planted with granular, time released fertilizer, but will still supplement with water soluble all summer.)
