This project presented an opportunity for collaboration and improvement after one of our investors took on the task independently to save rmoney, and then requested our support to bring it to completion. Our crew successfully finalized the work, building on the foundation established. Pic 1 shows the initial work, and the rest was completed by our team.

We undertook this project with its distinct challenges and immediately recognized its potential. The property's walls had been significantly compromised by drywall mud, but through meticulous sanding and applying a fresh coat of paint, we successfully restored them. With new fixtures, including updated vanities, sinks, faucets, and lighting in the bathrooms, as well as new bedroom doors, countertops, sink garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light, updated ceiling fan, we have revitalized the space. Every aspect, including the installation of new outlets and a new front door with a screen door, has been addressed. The property is now prepared for rental.
