This week was a little mix of bridal and memorial flowers, some fresh arrivals needing immediate attention and others already making their way through the preservation process. 🤍
One thing this season has reminded me is just how much of my time is spent balancing production, meetings, pickups, deliveries, and communication. While I absolutely love being involved in every step, it’s becoming clear that the next chapter of Mountain Lily needs a little more structure.
Over the coming months, I’ll be transitioning into a dedicated workspace and shifting more of my focus toward production and creating. This will likely mean fewer in-person meetings, less travel, and more scheduled pickup/drop-off options.
The goal isn’t to do less- it’s to create a smoother experience, improve turnaround, and spend more time where it matters most: preserving your flowers and creating meaningful keepsakes.
Growth can be uncomfortable, but I’m excited for what this next season will bring. ✨
