Good morning. Lagniappe Maintenance & Construction LLC can help you out with your water damages. Take plenty of photos, drill holes at the base board levels, get some dehumidifiers and air movers. This depends how high the water came up. Remove all base boards if the water hit the drywall. Drill holes immediately. Give us a call if you need help.

Please give Lagniappe Maintenance & Construction LLC a call at 985-542-7100 for all your needed projects and handyman services. This is a 20' x 20' garage we did . We painted the walls ,and trim with two coats of paint last Thursday. We then acid washed the floor to etch it the same day. We then went back today and put down a two part epoxy paint on the floors. We threw in the chips as we painted. Please let us know how we did.

LAGNIAPPE (Lan-yap)
Lagniappe is a word that has its origins in the Louisiana Creole language. The word is derived from the Spanish phrase "la ñapa," which means "something extra" or "a bonus." When Spanish merchants would sell their goods in Louisiana, they would often include a little extra item as a thank you to their customers.

I learned this word while living in New Orleans and I now will live by this forever. trying to do better and “give a little extra” whether it’s a gift, time, extra details, communication- I give my all plus some.
