Master bathroom remodel completed in Surf City. Manufactured homes always come with challenges & hidden surprises .... this one ended up with a bunch of subfloor repair, reframing 2 walls due to "quality" 1x3 construction, a new window & all new water and sewer lines to the master bath completed by Jamie at Shoreline Plumbing. Love how this room transformed!

New shower in Jacksonville completed with some awesome DIY finds on the tear out! The 1/4" luan on top of 5 flat 2x4's to support the liner & mud base was genius .... til it wasn't. And the 5 blobs of thinset per tile was just the right amount for a perfect, undamaged tile removal!

Really cool project this afternoon in Landfall. Installed shelves in the media room & placed these game worn, signed helmets on them. Although I think they are all awesome, my favorite has to be Dwight Clark's helmet from "The Catch" in the 1982 NFC Championship game with the play drawn on it! My customer said he bought most of them from NFL Charity auctions.

Whole house remodel recently completed in the Orchard Park neighborhood in Ogden. New windows & doors, new fence in the back yard, added a wall at the end of the kitchen & moved the laundry inside from the garage, new kitchen cabinets, countertops & backsplash, removed bulky corner fireplace & chimney, new bath Vanities & toilets, new floors & trim, new roof & hardiboard siding, floor to ceiling shiplap in the hall bath, and an upgraded 60" tile shower in the master bath from the tiny fiberglass corner unit that was there. Once the painters finish the final interior coat & paint the exterior, this unit will be available for rent.
