Job description
Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning, as Service Experts company, is a fast-paced and growing HVAC Company. We are located on Eastern Long Island, serve all of Suffolk County, and are currently looking for a Full-TIme or Part-Time Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team.
Primary Job Duties Include:
• Daily invoicing for all service and maintenance calls
• Secure payment of invoices
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Our Top Candidates…
• Will have strong organizational, data entry, and personal communications skills
• Will have some knowledge of, or experience with, the HVAC industry. Although this is not a strict requirement, it is helpful. However, a willingness to learn and a great attitude is equally valued here at Flanders.
• Must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in busy work environment
• Always pays attention to detail and highly accurate
• Must be computer literate and be able to demonstrate excellent data entry skills
• Will have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. Duties will include but not be limited to assisting our Warehouse Manager and coordinating inventory purchasing and related activities with our company Controller. This position requires strong organizational, data entry, and personal communications skills. For the right candidate, we are open to a Part-Time, Full-Time, or a Part-Time to Full-Time work schedule, depending on skills and experience.
