I realized I haven't posted any updates on this custom home build! Last fall we built the floor system to close the basement up. Late spring of this year we started framing the house! As we wait for electrical/plumbing/HVAC to be wrapped up, we're installing the siding. Here's a few pictures of the different stages of the build!

We ended the week off strong! With the challenging rainy week, we put exterior projects on hold and moved indoors. We had a couple sites running simultaneously this week to cover more projects! Everyone on the crews knocked it out on efficiency and attention to detail!

First couple pictures is some of the detail work going into a gas station replica. Not only did we hang sheetrock inside, we are also now starting to install wainscoting and trim! On the exterior we wrapped framing in a PVC trim product to spruce it up! I'll post more on this project as we come to a close on it!

We also had a crew running ceiling steel on a shouse this week! They started hanging poly Wednesday to prepare for steel delivery Thursday. We were able to get the 50x67 shop ceiling completed this week before the holiday!

The crew had a great week! Now to enjoy the Fourth!

This past week we replaced a small deck with a more usable, covered porch! The old deck was in need of replacement, so the owners opted to have a covered porch built in its place. We made the seating area more spacious and added walls and a roof to achieve the ability to heat and use this space year round! We are currently waiting for windows to come in, then we'll get it fully enclosed and finished.

Wrapped up this site today! There was bad water damage and rot taking place on an exterior basement wall. We temporary supported the floor overhead and started removing any damage. After reframing, we installed a new window and new LP SmartSide! The customers will be painting to match the rest of the house! A new LVP floor was installed while we were on site. Unfortunately we did not get any before pictures ahead of demo.

This is a long overdue post, but here is one of the jobs that has kept us busy during the summer of 2025 into 2026! We started this 50x104x18 shouse in July. Mother nature produced heavy rain fail which made jobsite conditions challenging, however we are now to the finishing touches on the interior! We have built the shell, finished shop interior, framed all interior walls, insulated living quarters after spray foam, hung sheetrock, and we are now hanging cabinets and interior doors. We'll also be trimming windows/doors, installing hand railings, and installing bathroom vanities. More pictures of this project will be posted close to or after completion! Huge shout out to Trevor with Comfort Zone Solutions LLC. for working this one into his schedule! Who would have guessed 50 degree temps in February?! Now we can move forward with interior framing on this shouse. I'll post more pictures of this project soon!
