SHE GOT MARRIED

I know it has been some time since I've posted any of my jobs. I really don't have much time to do so.
Alot of you being my friends and clients know my daughter Jessie AKA (BABY GIRL)
Well sad for me she will no longer be on my jobs. She started dating her 1st Boyfriend and ended up getting married.
And yes I built the Arbor back in the woods using nothing but what Nature Provided

Amell Bathroom Renovation
Job #2 For Client

Here I'm making a Split Bathroom into 1 Larger Open Area
Outside of Creative Blend of Colors. This job went smooth with 1 Unforseen Issue. All of the Plumbing Drain Vent Pipes ran through the center Bathroom Wall. Which was being removed. I simply ran them in the opposite direction then up through a different wall.
The Mirror Mirror on the Wall is a Little Different from All
Built in LED Light on Outside, Clock Built in Mirror , Plug In Outlets inside the Mirror & All Doors have Mirrors on the Inside again with Lights

Pena Project #2
Insurance Claim / Water Damage
As always the Insurance Company tried to dodge the claim. Once again we won the claim for our client.
This is our 2nd job for them. On this one we made a split Bathroom into one open area. Which made it feel like there was alot more open space.
We had to relocate and modify some plumbing as well as some electrical. Of course we had to replace some rotted areas from the water damage.
Mrs. Pena sent me a photo of what she liked. Asked if it was possible. My answer as always is Anything is Possible.
Below is what they received as a finished product.
Like most jobs I will Design the Layout and we let our Clients pick the colors. Not only was it different but the end result turned out stunning for them.

House built in the late 1800's
FULL KITCHEN REMODEL
This particular job held every surprise you could stumble onto.
Was Renovated by others a few years back. Rather than removing the old ceiling they built one over the existing. While doing so they covered all the old ceiling wires with the new connections they installed. We had to dig to find them in order to do our wiring. The end result for the electrical was running all new wiring and installing a larger Breaker Panel.
We removed a Load Bearing Wall. While doing so the Beam under the house gave away. So we ended up replacing 2 Beams right above each other. It did get tricky.
Had to relocate all the plumbing for the bathroom up above the kitchen.
Removed walk in Pantry Closet for more cabinet space.
Of course we installed all the cabinets, tile. Lighting and paint.

4th Job for Client

Home Depot Finest
This is what you get with the big box stores like Home Depot. We are helping the homeowner go after them for reimbursement on this shower.
These have been dedicated clients of ours. Around 23 yrs ago we did a complete kitchen renovation, which still looks brand new today. Around 10 yrs ago I received a phone call from the Mrs. asking if we did bathrooms as well. It wasn't really our thing but we said we could help. Home Depot started theor Master Bath. Homeowner was very unhappy from the start- so they agreed to let Home Depot finish up the master shower they started ( shower in these photos) & I would complete the rest of the bathroom- which was a good bit of work. Again, 10 yrs later still looks brand new- with the exception of the shower. Then around 6 yrs ago we completed the guest bath. You know it , it still looks brand new. Now I just completed the Master Shower Home Depot did as it was falling apart.

Although this food looks absolutely delicious, this post is more about the Families we have had the pleasure to work with.
As I sat with my family eating this meal,
I feel Blessed, Honored, and most of all Thankful.
It's because of our Clients I can sit here with this meal. It's because of you I was able to raise my girl's the way they were raised.
So THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. It is a Blessing to get to know you all. Some of you have become part of this little family.

Christmas Bathroom
With a twist of the Grinch

This Bathroom was a perfect example of what not to do in every way.
This Loft was framed with metal studs. Every stud was out of level and back shower wall had a 1 inch curve in it.
Backerboard was installed before the shower pan. This created major leakage.
The shower pan was filled with years of water and mold. Which over time rotted the front of the pan and leaked under all the tiles on the main floor
