🚨 Hiring: Roofing Sales Rep (Commission-Based, 1099) 🚨

Hanover Homes and Roofing is growing, and I’m looking for someone motivated to step into a flexible, commission-only sales role with real earning potential.

This is a 1099 contractor position—best suited for someone with experience in selling and managing jobs (preferably in the home improvement or real estate world)

💥 What You’ll Get:

up to 10% commission on every job you sell and manage. (our one extremely part time sales person averages 10-20k in sales a week.

Full flexibility—set your own schedule and work independently

Training on how to estimate, sell, and manage roofing & gutter jobs

Support from a company with a strong reputation and established systems

A path to grow into a leadership role if it’s the right fit

🛠 You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads (referrals, networking, Hoa's, insurance provider work, etc.), closing jobs, and then managing them through to completion—ensuring materials are delivered, crews work is quality, and the customer is satisfied.

If you’re motivated, know how to talk to people, and want to grow with a solid local business, this is an opportunity to build something meaningful with high earning potential.

These are the hardest-working guys I know.
Today it hit 100 degrees, and they were still out there—sweating, laughing, pushing through, and never once complaining. (we might of took a well-earned siesta during the peak sun—survival at that point!)

I’m seriously grateful for this crew. Their work ethic, attitude, and heart make all the difference. Couldn’t do it without them. 💪☀️ ́

Hanover Homes and Roofing is looking to add a Sales Rep to our team! If you’ve got a passion for construction, love building connections, and aren't afraid of heights (working off ladders and on roofs), we want you to join us!

What we need:

✅ Someone who can build solid relationships with referral sources and bring in new jobs
✅ Ability to manage your own projects and handle jobs that come your way from the team
✅ Comfort with climbing ladders and being on roofs.
✅ A real interest in the construction/roofing industry
✅ Positive attitude and a go-getter

This Job is currently a part time job, but if you bring in the sales, it can quickly turn into a full time job with excellent pay and benefits. The Sales person would be someone that can make connections with potential clients and referral sources. Referral source examples are: Realtors, Insurance providers, HOA managers, business owners...etc.

Got online quotes from $4500 - $8500 to do an epoxy floor. Their quotes didn’t include running it up the block to the trim. $1200 got this done including renting a grinder to get the floor prepped, and that includes a clear coat. Just posting as a reminder to people how much you can save doing stuff yourself if you are able.
