Due to improper footings during the original addition several years ago by a different company, we’ve been hired to lift the existing structure back to level (more than 3 inches). We will be doing a second story addition and full gut/renovation on this property with open concept 1st floor and 3 bed 2 bath on the new second floor. More to come!
