Some before and afters of a borderline renovation project on a beautiful home on Historic Plymouth st. In Hanoverton. Loose horse hair plaster removed from hallway wall. Ceiling taken down and reframed to properly support new 5/8 drywall on ceiling that was glued and screwed. Remaining sound plaster walls reinforced with 3ft wide fiba fuse mesh fabric, followed by multiple skim coats. All trim, base, spindles and doors thoroughly sanded down removing nearly 200 years of multiple painting projects. Lots of remaining character you find in a Historic home filled multiple times , and sanded again . Special thank you to longtime friends/colleagues Scott Smith of Smitty’s Carpet Cleaning and Michael Medure. Appreciate you and all your help!!
