FCA Construction continues to help South Louisiana build back, starting with roofs, but also doing interior repairs as well.

On the roofing, we are currently installing Tamko Titan Shingles that are the highest wind rated shingles (160mph) on the market for the same price as many are doing for the 130mph shingles.

This homeowner sought out FCA Construction to do his roof because a neighbor down the street had his roof replaced by our roofers. During the same time we were replacing the neighbors roof, there was another roofing company replacing a different neighbors roof. We always tear off the shingles down to the deck. This ensures a clean nailing surface to not void any manufacturers warranties. Alot of roofers out there right now are just removing the shingles and reroofing over the old felt, this is a potential huge problem because if there are rotten pieces of plywood underneath, it is not a clean surface to nail to and this is a weak spot in your new roof, and if your roof fails, you potentially will not have a manufacturers warranty. The pictures show before and after what we have done on a house this weekend and the end result is a beautiful roof with a clean deck!

Please do not be fooled by a cheap price, our price is always in line with what insurance pays to replace your roof. And if our quote is higher, it's because the adjuster did not put all the required line items in the adjustment, we can help with that too. Call us today!
