Now Hiring Project Manager – Restoration, Remodeling & Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential restoration, remodeling, and maintenance projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of restoration work, is comfortable both in the field and managing projects, and can keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining quality and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

Manage restoration, remodeling, and ongoing maintenance projects

Work in the field as needed, including assisting crews, performing site visits, inspections, and job setup

Coordinate crew, subcontractors, materials, and schedules across multiple jobs

Track project timelines, and job costs

Handle change orders and scope updates

Ensure work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes

Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and job notes

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, remodeling, or property maintenance

Proven ability to manage projects and step into the field when needed

Strong understanding of job sequencing and field operations

Ability to manage multiple active projects at various stages

Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Comfortable using project management and field service software

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (But Not Required):

Hands-on experience with water damage restoration or emergency services

Knowledge of estimating

- North Carolina drivers license
- Pass a background check

$24 - $28 Hourly wage dependent on experience.

Our company is looking for a reliable, hard working Finish Carpenter Team Leader to complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for different construction projects. You may work on a variety of projects, including punch list, insulation, underpinning, framing, decking, window and door, crown molding, and baseboard installations. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements from clients. We prefer candidates who have prior experience or training in trim carpentry or finish carpentry, but are willing to train a motivated individual who works hard and learns quickly. Basic carpentry tools required.

Perform carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water extraction using a truck mount or portable carpet cleaning device. Individual should have be able to maintain a clean and organized work van. Other helpful duties and skills include basic maintenance knowledge, being able to lift at least 50 pounds.
