Greetings,

It has come to my intention that a “Landscaper” is using not only my name but my business name to gain new clients in both the Evergreen Estate’s area and the Tuscany Meadows area. His name is Mario Castouita. First and foremost, Vetscape Landscaping LLC, has never hired or had this person on my crew at any time. He is described as a Hispanic male in his 50s walking with a limp. Please, if this person has contacted you saying that he works for me, please send a message to me, as he does not. And it infuriates me that my name and company name is being used fraudulently. I work extremely hard to build respect within our community and I do my best to provide the best quality service. If this person is attempting to ride on my coat tails, I would like to get in contact with him, as he left in a hurry when one of my clients informed him, I was on my way to discuss with him why he was using my name. Thankyou and have a wonderful week.

Greetings, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am looking for a seasonal landscape laborer to start work immediately. I am not going to decide on an applicant immediately, I will send you further screening questions after I have received your email. Which leads me to my next request. Please read the screening questions carefully. My business has seen significant growth over the last 5 years, and I plan to continue to grow. This is not your fly by night “mow & blow” companies. We do pretty much all aspects of landscape work as well as tree work. EXPIERENCE IS NOT NECESSARY. Your duties will require you to be able to operate a gas edger, gas w**d eater, gas blower, or hedger, and self-propelled push mowers. I already have people trained for my riders and zero turn mowers. You will be doing projects like installing mulch beds, rock beds, hauling limbs from trees to the trailer to be taken to the dump. Some of the other areas of our work involves clean-out, and from time to time building privacy fences. That is where someone has vacated a property and the owner wants all the stuff in the yard left by that person removed and disposed of. 40% of my work comes from real estate agents needing prep or maintenance on properties for rentals, going on the market, or sold and need final clean up before new owners take possession. You WILL NOT provide any equipment that is needed to perform your duties. You will however need to provide yourself with a suitable water container as I do provide water while we are out working, as well as leather gloves, a hat and eye protection. To be employed with Vetscape Landscaping you will need to be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Once you have been considered and hired you will need to also go online to the IRS website and fill out and complete a I-9 form, and a W-4 form, you will also need to provide identification that matches the information on the forms. Once You have been considered, I will email you a copy of the policy letter that you will be signing, as well as other forms I will need for your employment. Please do not apply if you only plan to stay for a few weeks, I am looking for someone reliable and consistent. We work Monday through Friday and only on a case-by-case basis occasionally a Saturday, but that will not happen very often. I look forward to hearing from you, we are a Veteran Friendly business and love to hire Veterans as most of us are all Veterans. Especially if you are rated with the VA. Please send resume's to [email protected].

Greetings,
Vetscape is gearing up to begin service rotations starting in March. If you have friends that need a new landscaper, or have projects of your own please let me know. We will also be opening our schedule to accept up to 5 more commercial properties. That does not include rental properties or Air BnBs, as these are considered residential. Once we hit a magical number of clients I will close off my roster and take new clients on a case-by-case basis. If you have already made contact with me in regard to continued service into 2023, you are locked in and you have no worries your properties will be on my rotations. If you would like to be added to our service schedule, please send me a message on messenger, text me at (254)449-5932, or you can email at [email protected].
Remember, Vetscape is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured business. We are also hiring, if you have someone looking for work starting in March, please send them the above address to send me their information and resume. Vetscape does not pay under the table. You will be on a payroll system paid weekly, and taxes will be deducted based off your information you fill out on your w-4.
Thank you for your time and consideration, have a wonderful and blessed day.

Greetings, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am looking for a part time landscape laborer to start work this spring and summer. I am not going to decide on an applicant immediately, I will send you further screening questions if I am interested in what you have posted to my screening questions. Which leads me to my next request. Please read the screening questions carefully. My business has seen significant growth over the last 2 years and I plan to continue to grow. Last year in 2021 we were voted “One of the best” in the Killeen Daily Harold that readers voted for. This is not your fly by night “mow & blow” companies. Greetings,
Did you have a tree removed and they did not remove the stump? Vetscape has the ability to remove them. We will be running a special all winter long till February on stump removals. No, we don’t rent stump grinders we have our own. The deal is this:
12” and smaller $50.00
12” to 18” $75.00
18” to 24” $100.00
24” to 30” $125.00
And for every six inches following 30” add $25.00. You will not find a cheaper price than this, and if you do I will either match it or beat it. Don’t forget that landscapers should be insured as well as trained. Stump grinding presents a lot of hazards as well as risks, with flying debris.
Do you have a great deal of junk and debris to be removed from your property? We have a large trailer we can fill with whatever you want to dispose of.
Half Trailer $75.00 (plus weight fees)
Full Trailer $125.00 (Plus weight fees)
Two Trailer Loads $225.00 (Plus weight fees)
Note: Vetscape will not remove hazardous materials or refrigerators or freezers without additional charge.

If you have any other projects, please let us know so we can help!
