With a little here and a little there, even late starters can round the bend ... even if you do grossly underestimate how much pine straw you need 🙃 Huge shout out to my son, who worked on this while I was building the trellises and planting tomatoes.

Dealing with varmints can be a real challenge, but knowing what to bait your traps with makes trapping more manageable.

Are there any others who are getting a late start planting like I am?

Normally, my plants would have been planted 2-weeks ago ... but life often reminds us that we don't control as much as we think we do.

But, praise the Lord, things are headed in the right direction. For all those who have been praying for my wife - thank you; she is experiencing week ?10? of a severe migraine ... your continued prayers are greatly appreciated.

Hello backyard vegetable gardeners. Happy Mother's day! Well, due to family illness, I have not been able to make any new videos but I wanted to show you one of the projects that I've been working on. This new trellis will support 2 new varieties of and a (aka ). Even when life isn't easy, there's still time for gardening ... it may just take a bit longer. Doing even a little at a time when you can can make all the difference in the world. On a personal note, I would sincerely appreciate if you would please pray for my wife who has been experiencing a migraine for 8 weeks.
