Winter's Harvest. These Carrots, Beets, Parsnips and Turnips was planted in the spring of 2024 and lasted all summer and stayed in the ground till now December 2024 and harvested just yesterday. It's amazing and wonderful that they can stay fresh in the dirt for so long!!. If you don't need to eat them right away just leave them in the ground and pull them out as needed. God be the Glory!!
