We're looking to add another operator/laborer to the crew!

We are looking for a hardworking individual for an operator/ laboring position. We have a very promising season scheduled with a variety of residential, small commercial and city jobs lined up.

Job responsibilities would include

* arriving to the shop or jobsite on-time and ready to work

*general startup maintainence of equipment (checking fluids, fueling, greasing, etc)

*safely operating excavators, skidloaders dozers, etc. Doing a variety of digging, backfilling, grading and pipework.

* laboring as needed to get the job done. Whether it be shoveling, packing, pipe laying etc.

Excavating experience preferred but willing to train the right person

CDL preferred but not required

We're a growing company that takes pride in our work and we like to enjoy what we do.

A large culvert replacement job we recently completed in Annandale. We replaced a 60 inch rcp pipe that was failing with a 5x8 box culvert as well as a 48 inch rcp pipe to accommodate increased water flow.

With each culvert section weighing 23,000 lbs we had to work carefully as a team to ensure each section was placed precisely where it had to be. We knocked this project out within budget and stayed on schedule to complete it before freeze up.
