So yesterday we had to go to TMobile to do an upgrade on one of our phones. Simple right??? Noooooo! When we walked in the door I had this sneaking feeling that things weren’t going to end well. As we walk up to the desk the young lady at the desk asked for our information and we were told that our WiFi as going to be turned off if we didn’t upgrade immediately. So I finally agreed to this because well they know best. Right??? Wrong!! I was informed that it didn’t have to be hooked up immediately and we had two or three days to do this. Perfect because I’m not tech savvy and knew I would more than likely need my girls to help me. I arrive home, set bag on table, fix me a drink when I hear grumbling coming from the living room. Why yes our internet was down. No phone internet or home internet. Hmmmm. I worked 2 hours on this and finally call support. They informed me nothing was wrong on their end and it definitely was my fault. Miraculously it started working within 5 minutes of being on the phone with them and I did nothing. As I sat here I kept saying , please Jesus give me the patience I need to not snap. They have called me 3 times after this asking what they could do to correct it. Correct what was my question. You have done told me multiple times that it was my fault and I can except that. Here’s where I’m upset; you told me that nothing would happen for a few days and I had time. Well guess what my time was up!! I think all of us that think we have all the time in the world. We can make that call, visit that elderly person, send that card, because we have time. No one knows our time but God. He holds the key to it all. So read that Bible, reach out to others , keep your cool when on line with customer service, and as my Momma would say if it’s not life or death you can deal with anything.
Romans 12:12
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
