Just a reminder for these cold temps, make sure your door isn’t frozen to the floor before you push your opener button!!!!
Lightly kick the bottom of your door before opening.
And stay close to the button until you know it’s free.
Stay warm and safe !!

Ok guys. Checked everything could possibly think of.
Have a 8x7’9” full view 8850 Wayne dalton door. Regular hear room 15” radius.
Door operates smoothly with no Issues until the bottom panel gets almost to the needed height for header then all of a sudden the left hand cable gets loose. Opposite side from spring , spring side stays right with no issues. This is operating manually no opener .
Door is level
Spring and weight is correct
Drums are clocked correctly

Any ideas ??
