Just wanted to post some great memories of John and his two daughters.
Every family has their own story. While many are blended, many are not. For us, we have a large blended family that consists of myself, Tucker, Hailey, Michael, Mary Ann and Raymond Campbell, John and his girls, Aria and Erin, 5 dogs, AND 2 goats.
This is our everyday, minute to minute, hour to hour, week to week, month to month, and year to year lives. We have our ups and downs, like every family, but the most important thing is that we are HONEST with ourselves and our children because we know that our role is so incredibly important to their growth and the young ladies and men that they will become.
One of the most amazing things to watch is how he makes the most of his time with them, given our treacherous work schedule. Never missing any events, father daughter days at school, dances, sports, gymnastics, and surprise pizza parties for them at their school, vacations, and the simpliest things like brushing out the tangles in their hair or watching Anna and Elsa for the thousandth time😁
I personally can say that I had/have an amazing parental structure growing up. My mom and dad have been able to pass on important traditions, and I've had the privilege of continuing it. Sadly, some people, never had a role model, and some are not as lucky and blessed as myself.
So I'm taking this moment to celebrate John, and all the other moms and dads who have broken the cycle, so to speak.
Please share or take a moment to speak up and celebrate one of your loved ones who has done the same. At the end of the day, all that matters is unconditional love❤️
