Eddie and I (Shanta) had a lot of fun on this project, well, every project, but this home was just majestic. The bathroom ceiling was non-existent.

Scope of work included:
1. Creating a hole for the vent duct and installing the duct
2. Lowering the fan to flush out with the ceiling
3. "Drop" the ceiling by installing new drywall, to keep
wires safe.
4. Re-install lighting fixture, vanity, and repair water line for leaking sink
5. Install mouldings
6. Paint the ceiling, wall, and white wash the door

Our current project is a kitchen update for a single family home, which includes wall painting, floor installation, and building a new knee wall to serve as a counter space and a room divider for the stairwell and kitchen.
