Had to remove the drop ceiling from the bedroom and replace. Past tenant had dogs so the apartment had a lot of floor damage. Cleaned and sealed the floors to prevent the smell from returning.

Cracked pipe in the wall caused water to leak all the way from the 3rd floor into the 1st floor. Opened wall, repaired pipe, tested, closed wall and repaired ceiling.

Unit had a fire. Replaced sheet rock in kitchen area. Cleaned and prepped unit to be painted.
