This is a house I gave a face lift too this spring, it’s an awesome house just needed some new siding and replaced some doors and a window. We even added new decking and tore out the old soffit under the porch and put some awesome cedar finish boards on the ceiling to give a great look. The homeowners decided on this awesome color and finished up painting it this weekend. They have a beautiful house in an awesome location!

This is the biggest remodel to date Beau has done. This house was built around 1904. In 2008 the remodel began. They first tore off the existing porch, kitchen and summer kitchen. Then he built a 30x30 addition. Here are some before and afters of the outside of the addition. It looks amazing now! More to come!
