It was a fun winter full of ice fishing trips. December till march 1st I’ve worked very sparingly. I have a bathroom water tight, ready for tile and another fully drywalled. On to taping, mudding the joints and finishing all the walls.

Two problems. Kitchen Faucet was leaking from the cold supply line and a broken sprayer. Not a problem -no more rubber band holding it pointed down in the sink and the leak is fixed. Helped the home owner open up and remove all that wet drywall below. Due to the mold, a restoration company will be handling the mold mitigation which goes behind the kitchen sink base. The home owner has quote for us to come back after to replace the cabinet and restore the effected area
