It was a pleasure painting this back porch addition for Maze custom homes.
The color combination was perfect. Calm and relaxing like a back porch should feel.👌🤩

A drywall patch and ceiling repaint got things looking it’s best again here!

Started the prep work on this beautiful house earlier in the week before the rain moved in.
After things dry out I’ll be replacing some cedar trim boards, cutting out old caulking, replacing window trim and brick molding with pvc and getting things all ready for paint!

Main area texture removal! This one got tape, new screws where needed and a full skim on all the joints and screw heads. One coat of oil base stain block, 2 coats of ceiling white.

Color is alabaster.

This little gate had pulled its anchors out of the wall and was all faded and rusty.
Some longer anchor bolts and two coats of oil enamel later, best looking gate in the whole town house community!

Got to do a little trim work the past couple days. Finished this one off with 2 coats of emerald semi-gloss trim enamel.👌
