DIY Workspace Rentals
Cobbtown In The Orzaks is a business open to people with home on wheels who want to work on projects for their home on wheels.
* Workspaces are $225 a month
* Sleeping in your home on wheels while you work on it is free
* Electricity is $40 a month with a window or roof air conditioner, it's $50 a month.
It is NOT a living space rental, an RV park campground, nor is it a storage unit. Guests are not allowed to leave personal possessions or any trash around their home on wheels without first authorizing it with management. Your workspace must be neat and organized. All trash and unwanted items must be taken with you and properly disposed of in a legal fashion at the nearest dump. Any materials you want to donate must be pre-approved by management.
*Rides To Stores - Not a service but if you need a ride to Walmart/Lows ect....
Cobbtown In The Orzaks does not offer free rides or services in building projects. If a ride is needed to places like Walmart or grocery stores, you can pay CITO $40 for 1 person or $20 per person for 2 - 4 people. This is non-negotiable.
* Your Responsibilities - Belongings & Furry Friends
You are responsible for your own belongings and furry companions. This means storage and housing them. When you come to Cobbtown In The Orzaks, you agree it will be your responsibility and only your responsibility for caretaking for whatever belongings /pets you have outside or inside your home on wheels. You also agreed to be the only caretaker for your companions. Cobbtown In The Orzaks does not take any responsibility for your pets, furry companions or belongings.
* No Fighting / No Hostile Environments
Anyone who creates a hostile environment will be told to leave the property immediately. There are no refunds
* We are providing a Safe Place
This is a safe space & we expect you to act accordingly. No hate or personal attacks of any kind will NOT be tolerated. Anyone who creates a hostile environment will be told to leave the property immediately. There are no refunds
* No hate speech or bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. We accepts everyone regardless of the above. This is a safe space for people who want to work on projects for their home on wheels.
* No Religion
If you say bless you or I will pray for you or something like that is ok. But if you are pushing you're beliefs on others, then it will be removed and you may be asked to leave the property.

* No Politics
This is no explanation! We all have a different view and political views will upset someone, so NO POLITICS. If you want to talk about politics then do it in your own online group(s) not at CITO. Anyone who creates a hostile environment will be told to leave the property immediately. There are no refunds
* Theft
Anyone caught stealing, will be reported to the local police and you will be required to leave immediately and everything that you brought in will be required to be removed immediately. There are no refunds.
* Refunds
There are no refunds. If you are asked to leave, there are no refunds. If you're not sure you want to stay for a month then stay for a couple of days pre-arranged with management to see if this is where you want to be.
