Ever started a project thinking it would be a breeze, only to have a single piece of plastic completely ruin your day? 🛠️🤦‍♂️

I was working on a job recently that required some **4" SDR pipe**, so I headed over to Menards to grab what I needed. I got back to the site, prepped the area, and got ready to assemble.

That’s when the nightmare started. 🛑

I grabbed the PVC cleaner and glue to attach the SDR fittings, but they absolutely refused to bond. It turns out this specific pipe is completely incompatible with standard PVC glue and cleaner. No matter what I tried, the fittings just wouldn't hold. 🚫🧪

Save yourself the massive headache and a wasted trip: **do not try to glue standard SDR fittings to this junk pipe from Menards.** Check your compatibility *before* you leave the store! 📉
