Baked Oatmeal With Dried Cranberries
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 cups dry oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Mix dry ingredients until well combined.
Mix liquid ingredients separately.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mix.
Mix well.
Spray a pan with a non-stick spray - the smaller the pan, the thicker the bars will be.
Pour the mix into the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serves 8. Enjoy!
