Why is your floor rotten at the corners of the sill on your entry doors? The doors leak thru the door seals when it rains and thru the seams of the frame and down the inside face where its next to impossible to see. Typically its not what everyone thinks. The installer didn't caulk it is the go to answer. When we pull out exterior doors there Typically been sealed with silicone but the inner corner on both sides discolored or rotten. The home test is grab your garden hose and spray the doors a foot or 2 up from bottom and have someone inside to see the water coming in. If the doors are protected by a roof you will not have this problem. Also a small roof usually doesn't help much as rain can be wind driven. The best solution is put on a storm door. Fyi.
