Also at the frank job redid a bathroom. We removed the tub and installed new shower pan with a bench then a thank you to Eric Petrovich from E.P. Builders help tile the shower and floor a new glass shower door and grab bars all ADA height . We installed new toilet and reused old sink. We then painted the ceiling walls and trim.

Just finished up the Frank job got rid of old counter tops, sink and post on the corner of the island. There was electrical boxes buried behind the wall so I got rid of one and made the other a outlet in the header above the island. We had Granite Galleria install new Via Tera Quartz color is Clarino countertop and full backsplash with new Blanco Diamond Silgranit sink color is cafe brown also new Blanco Artona faucet color is cafe brown. We tiled the side of the stove with a 4 x 12 cracked white subway tile. We then painted the kitchen, dinning-room and pantry. We had new brackets made up to hold the weight of the countertop for island. We also vented microwave out of the house.

Just finished up with the Zucca apt painted tile backsplash, installed new Formica countertop, sink,outlets, switches, new lighting, painted entire apartment, installed new 5 1/4 colonial baseboard, installed a few new doors, we tiled the bathroom floor, installed new steel tub and 5 piece tub surround, new vanity, new toilet, new faucet, new 32 inch fire code door to access storage, all new hinges on doors and door handles, installed new hot water heater, thanks to Quality carpet for all new carpet and linoleum

Thank you to the Gonzalez family just finished up reopening a existing doorway into block, removing shelves and enlarging opening to accommodate a new 20 min fire code door to lead into garage. We installed extension jamb, trimmed out door installed a linoleum step to cover plywood.
