We just recently finished up an interesting zinc countertop job for a new restaurant opening up in Nashville. We had to get a custom tool made to create these assemblies. The customer was on a tight timeline + we had to get a tool made + my controller for the Accurpress went ka-put, stressful to say the least but we got it done in time for their opening.

Thanks for the all of the business from our clients over the years. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. 962 hours later (joking) the part I’ve been thinking of for almost 10 years. I just needed everything to fall in line to make it happen. Now this part can be kicked out in a matter of minutes on the press brake. This material is 32 oz copper (.043), which is thinner than we normally use for our hoods, but I’m certain I could achieve this in .06 now that I know what I am doing.
