Collins Land Services, Inc. is hiring Fence Installers out of our Havana, FL office!

Our operations include professional land management services ranging from Right of Way Maintenance, Fence Installation, Ditch Clearing and Litter Cleanup to large scale Beachside Restoration and beyond.
What We Need:
We are seeking 6-8 Fence Installers for an upcoming installation project in Madison and Jefferson Counties.

What you'll do:
As a Fence Installer at CLS, you will be responsible for installing various types of commercial fencing along highways. This project is based out of our Havana, FL location, and applicants are required to meet their crew at the Havana site each morning before heading to the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install a variety of commercial fences, including chain-link, agricultural, and highway fencing.
-Perform site preparation, including digging holes, setting posts, and mixing concrete as needed.
-Conduct repairs and replacements of existing commercial fences.
-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and traffic regulations on job sites.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
-Assist with site clean-up after installation is completed.
Qualifications
-6 months of experience in commercial fence installation preferred, but not required.
-Experience with highway fence installation is a plus.
-Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Basic carpentry or construction skills are a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
What we're looking for:
-Semi-Flexible Schedule - Hours will vary each day depending on weather conditions and project timelines. Overtime is required at times, and employees should expect to work anywhere from 38-50 hours per week on average.
-Local to the Tallahassee/Havana area within a reasonable distance- this position operates out of our Havana office.
-Preferred but not required: Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
