A great Elite Team meeting and a special opportunity to celebrate Carlos, who has been a valuable member of our team for 7 years. A fantastic attitude and extremely hard worker, Carlos has trained many apprentices during his time at Nolan Painting, for which we are lucky! Carlos is making a great move with his family, and we are excited for him, but he will certainly be missed! Carlos' sentiments that "This is not just a company, it's a family," is certainly the case, especially for our long time team members. 🤗
