It’s been a min, but we are back doing big things.
We just installed three swales for a customer who has been dealing with serious water issues in front of their home. Heavy runoff was pushing water under the house, keeping the crawlspace wet year-round due to the home sitting in a low-lying area.
We were able to step in and take care of it by properly diverting the water away from the home and helping protect the foundation and crawlspace from ongoing moisture problems.
Big difference for this property and a long-term fix for a tough situation.
