‼️‼️ Our business is growing and we are looking for an office assistant in Hazard.

‼️Responsibilities include: answering phones, working with customers, helping with invoicing, basic banking & bill pay, supporting owner in keeping track of orders, deliveries, and scheduling jobs….

‼️Helpful skills: organization, familiarity with Quickbooks, Excel, and email (but willing to train employee if needed), attention to detail is a must!

‼️Possibly flexible days and hours Monday-Friday

‼️This will be an interview position and pay will be determined according to office experience and knowledge of office management.
